The Holding Space is a holistic healing studio based in London exploring the ancient Healing Arts Reiki Energy Healing, Breathwork, Meditation & Sound as tools for Self-healing and Empowerment.

We wish to demystify and share those powerful healing practices in the most welcoming and magical way. Attuning them to today’s modern life and making them more approachable for you to heal and ultimately, feel more calm, balanced, alive and at peace with yourself and the world.

We offer online and in person sessions as well as group workshops, events, retreats, and uplifting products.
