Hi all, I would like to say thank you to everyone who attended the first Tai Chi class last night. I really enjoyed the class, it was great to meet you all and to be teaching again. I am truly grateful to you and humbled.

I will be organising the video tutorial for you, hopefully by tomorrow it will be available for you to use as a practise aid. I will let you have the details as the videos will only be available to those of you who are attending the class.

I love you and thank you for your kindness and understanding on my return to teaching again. Special thanks to Soula and Voula at the Tree of Life Centre for their support and love they have given to me. It’s so good to be back home in many ways.
