📣 Why We Started Move With Eze – Our Story, Our Mission, and How We Can Help

We’re Okey and Uju—siblings and founders of Move With Eze.
And our journey started long before our clinic doors opened…

It began with our dad—a Chief Physiotherapist who treated injured soldiers during the Biafran War, and later worked in orthopaedic hospitals across Nigeria and the UK. 🇳🇬🇬🇧

We grew up watching the way he cared for people with skill, integrity, and compassion. That legacy inspired everything we do today.

✔️ Instead of shifting all your weight into your heels or toes, press evenly through your mid-foot.
✔️ Start with a slight bend in your knees, keep tension in your feet, and relax your back and neck.
✔️ Take slow nasal breaths toward the floor and feel your body release tension.

Is shoulder or elbow pain keeping you up at night?

If you’ve tried everything from sleeping on the other side, used specialised side pillows or with your elbow overhead, here’s our recommendation; try sleeping on your back to offload your shoulders.

When you’re awake, there’s a few things that you could try. First, start the day with some gentle breathing tools, as the body will then be more receptive to specific exercises or stretches.

Then, try this; using the palm and finger and keeping the elbow slightly bent to build tension and get muscles of the whole arm working. This should help you get a good night’s sleep.

Are you feeling pain or tension when you put weight on your wrist?

Maybe you can't have a full range of movement because of some injury or structural issues?

Working on your wrist's mobility can improve your physical wellbeing and avoid injury.

Wrist wraps and band aids weaken the wrist, wrist elevation and parallette bars don't address the issue entirely, so your best bet is to start by mobilising the area.

Here's a great wrist mobility video to get you staged. Stay pain free when doing these.

As always if you are struggling with painful wrists of elbows which you can’t shift then get in contact.
