In these times where the news you hear is full of endless new things to be fearful of..personally l have had to stop listening to the daily voice of covid and all that relates to it..l have had to find hope and most of all faith in kindness, in nature, in family, in loved dear friends and in the goodness of people..the Bach flower that has helped me and always does when it is hard to believe in the victory over your doubts and fears is:

You are in The rugged outline of The Spanish sky
The blue
Of This
And of The sea.
And of every blue thing
You are blueness
It is the colour of who you are
And your horizons
You are bound with cords
Upon the wildness of emotional wasteland the storm blows without mercy around your Magnificent stature you are
Crucified impossible
You wear
Your crown of thorns placed
Within
Inside
Your head by all who have
Abandoned you
You are betrayed
You are betrayal and give no less
For you expect no more
Your walls high
And behind them in your ghostly Fortress
Your wait is
Over
For you put your flame
Upon the wind

Gail Berry Emotional Therapy

At times when we are dealing with a huge loss or struggling with trauma or anxiety we can feel lost, these feelings are universal.

Sometimes we are uncertain who we have become feeling altered, yet unfamiliar with our altered selves, and wonder what life is all about and not sure how we can move through these times let alone move forward.

To share our feelings with a supportive listener can be a huge relief and provide us with the clarity we so need to make positive and possible changes.

A former fashion designer accenting my work with women encouraging on building their self esteem, l retrained following a time of great personal challenge. I have had the privilege of working with many different people retracing their emotional wounds with both therapy and realigning their emotions with Bach Flower Remedies which l have been working with for over 25 years.
