When I was insecure and overweight I used to hide behind my smile and make jokes and laughter be the forefont of any attention towards me, so people would see me as the "funny crazy loud" friend and not the DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend).
Since losing weight via the 121 diet I have lost friends and people I thought loved me for who I was (overweight or not) but with success comes loss. People love you when you are average because it makes them comfortable. But when you pursue your goals and success comes to you, people become uncomfortable. It hurts to realise this hence my mean mug on the right.... dont get me wrong.... I STILL smile but I am prepared now.
Be prepared to lose some people on your journey but know that you always have me during this weight loss journey if you choose to use the 1 to 1 diet with bex.
