Join us for our monthly class, combining a gentle, Shamatha yoga-inspired sequence with the spaciousness of heaven, the groundedness of earth, and the open-heartedness of the warrior.

✨ Experience Yoga Nidra: A guided relaxation supported by Tibetan singing bowls to enhance sleep and promote deep restoration. Plus, simple breath practices, including coherent breathing with chimes to slow your breath and deepen your relaxation.

Studies show that practicing Yoga Nidra can improve sleep quality and support mental well-being, especially for those dealing with PTSD, pain, or stress. 🌈

💖 This session may include the Circle of Protectors, rooted in the Tibetan shamanic lineage of Bön, perfect for easing pre-sleep anxiety.

📀 A recording of the Yoga Nidra will be shared post-session for continued practice at home—anytime, day or night.

🧘‍♀️ Everyone is welcome! No prior experience needed. Options are offered throughout.

👩‍🏫 Meet Your Teacher: Jules Bath —yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, specializing in Yoga Nidra with a focus on accessible practices for inner exploration. What if generosity isn’t about giving more but about holding life less tightly? This retreat invites you to slow down and explore generosity as a gentle way of being woven into everyday life.

Together, we’ll delve into:
 Generosity with attention, patience, and presence
 Letting go of the poverty mentality and the feeling of never having enough
 Simple ways to practice generosity at home, work, and in relationships

This day will be warm, grounded, and lightly playful—no need to strive to be better than you already are. Just come as you are and leave with fresh insights on embodying generosity in your daily life.
