March is the meeting point between stillness and movement. The earth is slowly warming. The days stretch a bit longer. Beneath the surface, new life is preparing to emerge. In this session, we honour this transition with space to be quiet, listen, and allow what is ready to rise within you.

You’ll be immersed in crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, grounding frequencies and the vibrations of a crystal pyramid - guiding the nervous system into slower brainwave states associated with deep relaxation and restoration.

Sound healing supports:
• Reduced stress and tension
• Improved sleep
• Emotional release and clarity
• A sense of inner balance and reset

Helloooo, I’m Mary, and I thought I’d re-introduce myself ✨

I am 30 years old, have my sun in Scorpio, moon in Gemini & am a Leo rising. 🌙

I’m a silly, sensitive lover girl, old soul, and big fan of the moon, the sea and all things mystical.

I completed my sound healing qualification in 2023. I’m here to share the things that bring me joy, peace, and balance.

Lots of you might remember me from the Wisdom on Wellness days, when my friend Alix and I started a wellness festival in Surrey from scratch. We brought together thousands of people, creating a safe space to explore mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing - something we’re still so proud of.

After a few challenging years navigating a tough events market (and many other personal and professional hurdles), continuing WOW just wasn’t sustainable. Personally, I reached a point of near burnout and needed to slow down and reconnect with myself.

2025 was about travel, time in nature, connecting with my inner child, and nurturing my nervous system. I continued holding sound baths in the Crystal Grotto at Painshill Park (the idea that started with WOW… and are set to return this Spring!).

I’m a Manifesting Generator in Human Design, my moon is in Gemini, and this kinda explains why my life feels like a big buffet of projects and passions. But I’m learning balance, and how to carve out space to just be.

Sound therapy is something that truly helps me recentre - even if my nervous system resists slowing down at first.

So here’s a little re-introduction of me, my journey, and the girl behind the highs, lows, sound baths and emails ✨💛

The sensitive girl who felt everything… grew up and made it part of her job :) :) :)

ME Jewellery is evolving.

I’ve always been a magpie when it comes to jewels.
ME Jewellery began as a lockdown creative project, hand wrapping wire and beads for myself, and soon after, for Etsy. I then learned the art of silversmithing, and over the past 5 years, my creations have grown, shifted, and simplified as I’ve grown with them.

For a long time, I only wore gold jewellery… until I learned silversmithing, which completely took over my style (of course I wanted to wear what I was creating)!

Yes, gold is having its’ moment again now, but I naturally found my way back to gold last year after inheriting some of my grandma’s pieces.
I fell in love with that warm, vintage energy again. 🤍

As much as I adore real gold, my budget doesn’t quite stretch to the full collection I dream of (one day!). I have been looking for affordable, gold-looking jewellery that felt elegant, minimal, long-lasting - and ideally, water-resistant too.

So that’s what I’ve set out to curate - for my own jewellery box, and for yours too.

I’m now blending my handmade pieces with a new selection of hand-chosen (not handmade) crystal jewellery, picked with intention.

This shift feels right for where I’m at presently, and with enough space for my multiple passions and projects (hi gemini moon, manifesting generator human design type).
This feels like more sustainable growth. Non-burnout. Just - me. hehe

I’ll still take silver commissions when they feel right, but for now the focus is:

✨ this curated stainless steel crystal jewellery collection I love

A pleasure to have met so many lovely, likeminded people and to have sold lots of my creations to you!!

Still in slight disbelief and mega proud of what Alix & I pulled together in 2.5 months… on to bigger and better things (with much more time to plan and a team supporting us!!) in 2023, watch this space!!

Some honesty for the festive period… this is the fourth version of the amethyst ring that I’ve made for Frankie.

I’m proud of it’s finally secure, bezelled state!

I was sad that it doesn’t look like it’s original claw design, but I have some research and development to go through at this early stage in my business! So I’m putting those on pause for now, because I want to be proud that my pieces are f*ckin’ quality!

These mistakes have been frustrating for this perfectionist to deal with, but they’re all lessons. It’s all a necessary process for me to go through to develop my resilience and my skills!
