🌿 “When we are in the present moment, we experience peacefulness.” 🌿

How often do we find ourselves caught up in the endless noise of our minds, that inner critic, always thinking about what happened yesterday or worrying about what might happen tomorrow? It’s easy to get swept away, but the truth is, peace isn’t hiding in the past or waiting in the future. It’s here. Right now 💚

When we allow ourselves to slow down and truly be in the present moment, we open the door to clarity, calm, and connection. I invite you to:

Notice the coolness of the breeze.

See the brightness of the sun.

Notice and feel your heart beating.

These small moments of awareness ground us in peace. They remind us that life is happening now—not in a to-do list, not in a “someday,” but in the beauty of this very moment.

Take a deep breath. Exhale. You don’t need to chase peacefulness—it’s already within you. 🌿✨

What’s one thing you can do today to bring yourself back to the present? Share your thoughts below 💬. Let’s inspire each other to embrace the now.

True indeed…

Granted not necessarily an easy step to take but an essential one 🙏

Three suggestions:

🌻 a quiet walk in nature, calms a busy mind

🎵 listening to a song that allows the emotions to arise and give yourself permission to let go of those feelings

📝 freestyle journalling, writing the thoughts out of the mind, onto the page, literally releasing them

From my heart to yours ♥️🫂

Having taken some much needed ‘time out’ to rest, to reset and refocus and at times, literally just be with myself, is the purest form of medicine there is, to continue to heal and learn how to live with grief ♥️🪽
Personal boundaries are sacred indeed ✨

Rather thought provoking 🤔💭

Initially I thought yes to all of this list but taking the time to reflect and being honest with myself, some I have achieved and others I am a work in progress and that is okay.

Rather than apologising, I do explain where I am, to those nearest and dearest to me.

If anyone has achieved the whole list, tips are welcome 😍

Thoughts anyone... 💭😘

Honouring our emotions…

We can’t be positive all the time. It’s natural to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared, confused or anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make us a negative person.
It makes us human.

Embracing our full range of emotions is an essential aspect of being human. It's important to acknowledge our different emotions, they provide valuable insights into our inner world and can serve as signals that something may need our attention or care.

Suppressing or denying these emotions can be detrimental to our overall wellbeing.

When we ignore our emotional well-being our body keeps the score and shows up as symptoms.

Instead, allowing ourselves to feel and express our emotions in a healthy way can promote emotional resilience and facilitate healing.

We don’t question ourselves if we laugh too much, yet we chastise ourselves if we believe we cry too much or we are too emotional and sensitive.

Change begins with us, give yourself permission to go within, express yourself in whatever way feels right for you.

There is no right or wrong way and that is okay.

Embracing our vulnerabilities and acknowledging our different emotional landscape can foster deeper self-awareness, connection to others and life itself.

I journaled last night on these prompts below…
It was an insightful experience with deeper feelings surfacing which had been harboured underneath the everyday stuff!

Pleased to share that after taking some time out in solitude, placing me at the centre of my universe, being held, supported and guided by my soul family, both in human form and spirit, I am back feeling lighter, brighter and wiser 🫂💫

Continuing Bonds 💛

Asking for signs from our loved ones works 💕

I continue to ask for hearts ❤️
They show up in the most unexpected places!

💫Magic is everywhere💫

My grief shows up in many different motivational states.

Being still and going within is healthy, when I do this from a place of choice.

My heart is full of gratitude for Mother Nature as she continually reminds of her gifts on offer, when my eyes are open to see them 🙏🤍💫
