2026 OBJECTIVES
As we move into 2026 we will review 2025 and set out a clear roadmap for the year ahead. As we continue to develop the transition from idea, to minimal viable product, to market fit and finally scalability, we continue to evolve our understanding of what it takes to achieve our company mission. Here are a few things we learnt in 2025:
The Red Dress Effect - This is a reference to an analogy we use to remember not to lose focus on our objectives and get distracted by new opportunities that come along, no matter how attractive they may be.
The 3 P’s - People, Process, Performance. Everything we do comes back to these 3 things, people come first, followed by clear processes and finally performance which is the measured outcomes of the first 2 steps. A lack of performance can usually be tracked back to the first 2 steps.
Business is both a sprint and a marathon - We are playing an infinite game where progress takes time but to achieve that progress it requires aggressive effort on a daily basis.
As we move into 2026 our objectives don’t change, we are just focused on what we do but just doing it better based on the learnings of 2025. "Inch wide mile deep"
