INTERRUPTION TO PHONES
Unfortunately, BT have switched our number over to their digital service without our permission, and without notifying us. They have not sent us the digital phones that are required for the digital switchover so customers cannot reach us on our number at the moment.
Please do not be concerned if you get a message saying that the number does not exist. We have not closed down. Please email us instead at infocus@maxivise.com as our internet service is unaffected.
Unfortunately, BT have been unhelpful all day in arranging delivery of our phones, so our phone number may not work for a few more days.
We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused, and assure customers that we will do our very best to deal with your queries by email in the meantime.
