Chemobrain: Investigating the Effect of Chemotherapy on Memory

- We would like to hear from breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy (due to or be treated with chemotherapy within the last 12 months)
- Involves carrying out a memory questionnaire every few months
- Optional scan visit for some patients
