✨ Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy: What the Evidence Says ✨

Red (630–660 nm) and near-infrared (810–850 nm) light therapy support the body at a cellular level by enhancing mitochondrial function — essentially helping your cells produce energy more efficiently.

Current research shows it may:
