At St Mary-at-Finchley, Hendon Lane, N3 1TR
Car park on site

Must be booked in advance: £12 or £66 for block of 6 weeks
Suitable for people living with neurological conditions such as; Parkinsons Disease, Stroke, MS.
Suitable for people living with chronic health conditions or who would like a slower paced class with individual adaptations.
Can be done seated or standing.

Making yoga truly accessible for all.
