The eye area is always the first to show fatigue.
This skin is thinner, more fragile, and loses collagen faster than anywhere else on the face.

That’s exactly why peptides remain one of my go-to ingredients for under-eye rejuvenation.

Save this carousel if you’re building a more effective eye care routine. 👁✨

Peptides can help soften under-eye wrinkles. Certain neurotransmitter-modulating peptides work by gently relaxing facial muscles, often described as “tox-like.”
For example:
• Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) reduces neurotransmitter release
• Pentapeptide-18 modulates enkephalin receptors to soften expression lines

Most people see visible improvement in 6–12 weeks with consistent use. Peptides are generally very well tolerated, even on sensitive under-eye skin (though patch testing is always wise).

They can also help some types of dark circles caused by thin skin or shadowing but genetic or vascular circles may need targeted clinic treatments.

Peptides won’t replace surgery or injectables when those are needed, but as a foundation for eye care? They’re one of the smartest places to start.

You’ll find Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 in my Hydrating Eye Cleanser and Relax & Refresh Eye Mask, designed to soften fine lines while supporting elasticity in this delicate area.

Dry skin or dehydrated skin? They sound similar but they’re not the same, and treating the wrong one can make things worse.
🔍 Quick test:
Gently pinch your cheek.
• Slow snap-back = dehydration
• Rough texture but quick rebound = dry skin

🧴 If your skin is dehydrated, look for:
Hyaluronic acid, glycerin, panthenol (B5), aloe vera, mild lactic acid
🚫 Avoid alcohol-heavy products, astringent toners, harsh exfoliants

🧴 If your skin is dry, look for:
Ceramides, fatty acids, squalane or jojoba oil, shea or cocoa butter, petrolatum or beeswax
🚫 Avoid fragrance-heavy formulas, menthol, and overuse of foaming cleansers

Removing eye makeup should never feel like a workout for your eyelids. 👁️✨ The skin around the eyes is thin, delicate, and easily damaged by tugging.

Always start with a gentle cleanser that designed specifically for your eyes — not your regular face wash. Apply it to dry skin, gently massage, add water to the foam, then wash away.

Use AM & PM for refreshed, hydrated, and clean skin every day.

No rubbing. No scrubbing.

How to use the Dr Sabrina™ Eye Regenerate LED Mask correctly 👁✨

• Start with clean, dry skin
• Apply the disposable hydrocolloid patches to the LED
• Place the LED mask comfortably over the under eye area
• Use for 10 minutes, 3 times per week, remove and dispose the hydrocolloid patches and wipe clean your LED mask

This targeted LED therapy is clinically proven to support collagen and elastin production, helping to visibly reduce dark circles, fine lines and signs of fatigue.

Finish by gently applying Perfect 360 Eye Illuminate around the orbital bone to hydrate, brighten and support recovery.

If redness, irritation, post-procedure sensitivity or compromised skin is something you’re dealing with, Centella Asiatica is an ingredient worth understanding and using correctly.

Save this for when your skin needs calming, repairing, and restoring the right way. 👁✨

Centella Asiatica — one of my favourite calming skincare ingredients. If your skin is red, reactive, or easily irritated, this is one to know.

It is a powerful plant extract used to calm inflammation, strengthen the skin barrier, and support repair.

It helps reduce redness and improves resilience without irritation.

That’s why I love it for sensitive skin and especially the delicate eye area, where harsh actives simply don’t belong.

Let’s clear up a very common under-eye confusion: normal oil glands vs milia.

Normal oil glands under the eyes are called sebaceous glands.
They’re part of your natural anatomy, they help lubricate the skin, and they often become more visible as the skin thins with age.
👉 They are normal, harmless, and do not need removing.

Milia, on the other hand, are different.
They’re small keratin-filled cysts — essentially trapped skin cells.
They feel firm, don’t pop, and won’t disappear with exfoliation or eye cream.

And this is important — picking, scrubbing, or using harsh products around the eyes can make things worse.

If you’re unsure what you’re dealing with, get it checked properly.

When in doubt, always ask a specialist. 👁✨

One of the most common questions I get 👁️👇
Here’s how to remove your eye regenerate LED mask gently and safely:

✔️ Start from the outer corners
Support the skin with one hand and peel slowly from the outside in — never upwards.

✔️ Peel low and slow
Keep the mask close to the skin as you peel, rather than lifting it away — this minimises traction.

✔️ Never tug or pull
The periorbital skin is the thinnest on the face, treat it with intention.
