Feel Your Wild Yoga invites you to leave your inhibitions and any form of self judgement behind as soon as you step on the yoga mat. Annabelle will guide you through a gentle Vinyasa flow practice with the aim of you leaving the class feeling strong and nourished in body, mind and spirit. Inspiration for the classes is drawn from music, the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air, the Chakra system and personal practice.

I have been fortunate enough to recently complete the pregnancy yoga teacher training course 🤰🏻🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

The Loveuyoga method is completely unique. The practice centres around Kundalini yoga and kriyas which gently helps release tension in the body and prep the body for giving birth. The method also includes breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, hypo-birthing techniques and yoga nidra which all help mums to be relax as well as mentally prepare for one of the most monumental experiences of their life ✨

This course was an intensive immersion into so much more than pregnancy yoga. It encompassed everything pre and postnatal care.

The course included the below guest speakers:

🌹Shelly Rouse experienced Loveuyoga method teacher

🌹Naomi Tolson an experienced birth and post natal doula and self confessed Birth Warrior

🌹Simone Douglas Martin Senior yoga, movement and wellness therapist for all things anatomy

🌹Zoe Eggleton a pelvic health physiotherapist/ Mummy MOT specialist

🌹Alice Surridge an Ayurvedic practitioner for pre and postnatal Ayurveda

🌹Becky Elliot a private midwife with 20 years experience both inside and outside of the NHS

🌹Rachel Troullis .troullis Reflexologist and Holistic therapist/ baby massage instructor for baby massage

🌹Samantha Collins Dōterra essential oils specialist

It was a privilege to learn from these wise women. Each so knowledgeable and passionate about their field.

I myself feel passionately about helping women feel empowered at every stage of their lives including pregnancy. Pregnancy and birth is such a precious right of passage for so many women. I cannot wait to start imparting all of the knowledge and wisdom that I gained from this course to expectant mamas.

There is no better feeling than grounding your toes into the sand and feeling the salty sea air blowing on your face and through your hair.

Yoga helps makes all these sensations more vivid and real. Just by breathing everything in.

I’m the kind of yoga teacher that isn’t looking for perfection but is always searching out all the different sensations around us and inside of us. Helping you become more present inside and out.

Just to give you a little overview of what you can expect from my classes and my teaching style… 🧘🏻‍♀️

I teach using the fringe.yoga method which bases each class around one of the elements: earth 🌍 water 💦 fire 🔥 and air 💨

Each element is linked to a Chakra in the body and to certain body parts.

My role is to guide you through a gentle vinyasa flow linking movement with the breath. We do this to explore the element and Chakra system further and to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

By interweaving pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in with movement my hope is to ultimately help you find a deeper connection to yourself and to the wider world around you.

You can join one of my classes either at Fringe•Yoga•Epping on Sunday mornings at 9:30am booking via the MINDBODY app.
