Day 3 of brewing the flu and cold knockout potion, because I refuse to succumb to the cold that’s trying to get me.

It’s not my own recipe, but it’s absolutely fantastic. It has all the germ fighting ingredients and if you’re pregnant and can’t take any medication or you’re simply someone who avoids taking medication as much as possible this one is for you. Message me for the recipe. Advanced warning though, it’s not best tasting concoction.

Also, for those who’d question my use of honey. Yes, I do realise honey is not vegan. I only use it very sporadically for the healing properties. To be honest I’m not a big fan of taste of honey anyway so wouldn’t normally have it.

It’s not how I would usually choose to celebrate, but I wanted to celebrate nonetheless.

In Slavic tradition solstice is celebrated with a pump. We make massive bonfires, we drink, we dance, we laugh with family and friends and we celebrate love.

The braver ones will jump over said fires to purify themselves and to bring luck either to themselves personally or if they jump in couples to bring a quick marriage.

Young girls make wreaths which are then to be floated in the rivers for young men to catch.

Some would go into the woods in the middle of the night to search for the mystical fern flower.

And while this year my celebrations are much quieter they are still centred around love and passion. I have my wreath, I burned my fire (even of it’s little small), I admired my beautiful ferns (which as some of you know are my absolute favourites) and I even brought out some water from a very special river in which I spent a lot of time earlier this year.

So here is my wish for me and all of you - may this year bring you all love and passion and prosperity. May you feel joy and happiness. Make memories, make love, make friendships and may the harmony find you 💗🔥🌺🌿💧

Good morning world!

I’ve had few days with very little sleep. But last night I decided I need to practice what I preach and went to sleep nice and early, this morning I woke up feeling much better and resumed my grounding practice.

There is something magical about standing in the fresh morning air, barefoot on the wild grass in my garden with a cup of herbal tea. Sun warming my skin and Mother Earth nourishing my soul.

Those rituals are so important. So many of us live busy life trying to fit as many things to do in our lives as possible without taking moments to simply be.

And I was once one of them, trying to fit all the things I thought I needed to fit in my morning routine. All the things that would make me successful. But they didn’t make me happy.

So go outside, smell the air, feel the earth beneath your feet, find something beautiful to look at and be happy 💗

Enjoying some sun in Poland, the quiet of my parents’ garden, the beautiful green scenery around and the shade of an apple tree while my children and cheerfully planting roses with my mum. Oh and I managed to magically find a ticket to sold out Medicine Festival. Loving the life in alignment with the Universe. I feel so blessed right now, filled with much joy, love and gratitude ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I spent the most magical weekend initiating into shamanic work after a year of healing and growth and facing my shadow. And while I’m still recovering from everything that has happened over this weekend I’m so happy I’m on this path. There were tears, there was some hard work, some time to reflect and some time to truly reconnect with nature. I couldn’t have done it without the beautiful circle of women who were on this journey with me, or without my beautiful guide and mentor or quite frankly without this magical place called and all the beautiful people who crew it. And last but not least my beautiful partner and family. Thank you all I’ll be forever grateful for this ❤️
