I do this through Hypnotherapy and Reiki I am a life coach, hypnotherapist and energy healer and I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety, depression and stress so you can truly step into your power and create the life you deserve!

What you don’t know: I made it because I was actually going through one of the hardest points in my life at that time, but I look back at it and I’m so proud of myself, because in the eye of the storm, I knew I would be ok and I knew how to get myself out of it. And I really did 🙏🏽❤️
