What are the benefits of postpartum yoga?

Aligning and transitioning into this new way of living may take a little working out. We feel quite different physically and hormonally after labour and so there is a lot adjusting, which can affect our emotions and mental health.
Healing requires patience and trust so that we can slowly discover a rhythm that works for us one day at a time.
Often as soon as you found that rhythm, things shift, so be prepared for a new wave, a new challenge, another transition and endless shifts and on it goes…
We experience and learn our role as mothers
is to know that Life is always in a state of flux nature is always changing, evolving, purging and healing.
We must thrive to do the same.
Let's gather and do that together

if you listen to your children, somehow you are able to free yourself from the baggage and vanity and all sorts of things, and deliver a better self, one that you like.
