We are delighted to share that Curado has now achieved Green Mark Level 1 accreditation for it’s residential care homes!
Green Mark is an internationally recognised environmental certification, demonstrating our commitment to operating in line with established environmental standards. This accreditation reassures both our clients and employees that sustainability is at the heart of how we do business.

We’re proud of this milestone, but this is just the beginning. Our next steps are to work towards Green Mark certification across our other homes and continue progressing through higher levels of accreditation.

This International Men’s Day, Curado proudly celebrates the tremendous growth, dedication, and contributions of the men within our workforce. In a sector historically dominated by women, we have witnessed a remarkable and inspiring increase in male co-workers —from less than 5% in 2018 to an impressive 30% in 2025.

This milestone represents far more than a numerical achievement. It reflects meaningful progress in diversity, representation, and inclusivity, demonstrating that our sector continues to evolve and welcome a broader range of talent, perspectives, and strengths.

We celebrate the men who have chosen careers in Social Care as their contributions enrich our work and inspire future generations.

This year’s summer team away day took us to the enchanting Silent Pool Gin Distillery in Guildford, where we explored the craft and creativity behind their award-winning gin. Surrounded by nature and steeped in local legend, it was the perfect setting to connect as a team.
