This year’s summer team away day took us to the enchanting Silent Pool Gin Distillery in Guildford, where we explored the craft and creativity behind their award-winning gin. Surrounded by nature and steeped in local legend, it was the perfect setting to connect as a team.

Last week, we were thrilled to welcome representatives from the DHSC Policy School who were keen to find out about what happens on the front line in mental health and social care in order to implement effective policies.

During their visit, we shared the work we’ve been doing to address key challenges in the sector, particularly our efforts to recruit more men into social care. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and reaffirm our shared commitment to driving meaningful change as ambassadors of care
