This was one of most complex cases and it was fantastic to be part of his journey to recovery 🏅 ⁣

Long standing history of neck pain, with almost daily headaches and dizziness. We found a significant loss of cervical lordosis with a significant occiput subluxation 😮 ⁣
⁣
With patience and hard work his symptoms significantly reduced, he felt he got his 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 back, improved 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, and felt that his emotions changed from being ‘short-fused’ and ‘irritated’ to 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙭𝙚𝙙. ⁣

Surgery Avoided 🤩⁣

Working at home over the last year has placed a considerable increase in strain on people bodies, with the inadequate workstation set-up, and decreased motivation or opportunity to move our body throughout the day 💻⁣

It’s been a pleasure working with this individual, and we have been making some great progress working with each other. But there is one stand out moment that I would like to share with you 😊⁣

One day he came to the clinic, he was smiling from ear-to-ear and I asked him ‘how is he doing with his back’. He then told me that he has been able to spend time with his children, and with confidence and without pain, able to be together with his wife to help bath his children 🛁⁣
⁣
If you are a parent, you can probably agree that bending over and bathing your children will place a lot of strain on your body. And if you don’t suffer with back pain you can take this task for granted. But if you suffer with back pain, and you start to avoid these activities, you will start to miss these golden family times ❗️⁣

So why was this individual so happy? Was it because the back pain had significantly reduced? Or was it more about what he can do again, and the moments he was creating with his family? 🤔⁣

Fantastic changes following ten visits of chiropractic therapy ✅⁣

This individual was suffering with neck pain, low back pain and left elbow pain ❌⁣
⁣
From his original photos on the left side, he had lost the normal healthy posture, with significant forward head posture and rounded shoulders, however, following ten visits he has made some very positive improvements. The improvements in his posture will help improve how his spine functions, how it distributes his weight, how it places pressure on his joints, and how his soft tissue is loaded🔥⁣
