Get physical try a sport you have not done before or for a very long time for me its Tennis so I am looking to try with an experienced player, I will be looking at the rules so don't cheat. Join in an outside activities look at local events within your area. Summer is coming this is the ideal time to try new things. Besides boredom is all in the mind and how much time is spent sitting doing nothing.
