Yoga with Deni North London Love. Love is the epicenter of every aspect of our life. Hello. My name is Deni, and I'm a certified yoga instructor.

I guide people to practice from a place of mindful engagement rather than creating more strain, tension and ego. For many people, loving their bodies feels like an epic task. I facilitate a space that fosters acceptance as a first step, love might come later. I see activism as a big part of my life, and there are some key areas in which I am currently pushing my own learning, looking at myself as honestly as possible, and seeing what I need to challenge and improve on. I live what I teach, have a regular yoga practice, and love walking and dancing.
