🌟 Look after your mind

▪ Your mind is the basis of all things, it's the foundation to everything.

▪ If you think of your mind as a table, everything else that sits on it is important to you like your family, your friends, your health, your career, your passion.

▪ You can remove any one thing from the table and you will still have everything else that is left behind, BUT if you get rid of the table everything else falls....You loose everything.

▪ So logically it only makes sense to look after that vary thing that is the foundation to all the things you care about, AND THAT IS YOUR MIND!

▪ If that wasn't enough to understand the importance of looking after your mind know that islam came to preserve 5 things:

1) Religion
2) Wealth
3) Intellect
4) Lineage
5) Life

One being intellect so it is upon us to look after it.

🌏 There is absolutely no one on the planet that can help you if you are not willing to help yourself.

🕑 There is no one coming to save you if that is what you are waiting for you will be waiting til the end of time.

💪 You have to take charge of your own life, you have to tap into your leadership, no matter how hard it gets, you have to find that courage from some place within you.

🌱 It's there, you just have to feed it for it to grow.

🔥 Have Tawwaqal In Allah, Tie the Camel and proceed to make changes big changes in your life that will build you as a person and not the opposite of that.

🌟 Al-Ḥuzn, Al-Hamm and Al-Ghamm.
All of these things are mentioned in the Sunnah. A person either suffers and either has discomfort from Huzn, Al Hamm or Al Ghamm.

📚The Ulamah Generally categories these to be connected to:

1️⃣ Al Huzn- is connected to something in the past, that brings about sadness

2️⃣ Al Hamm- This Anxiety and being worried about a particular thing or what’s going to happen that is connected with the future.

3️⃣ Al Ghamm- it is also like sadness, worry, depression, revolves around the current state.

🔗 So we have 3 phases synonymous but yet connected to different time stages. So it is regarding what a person considered past, present or future that he will face these things.
