How is your sleep pattern?
Nearly all of the supplements I take are for my sleep. (Except an awesome omega 3, collagen & astaxanthin) Because I feel if I sleep well everything else falls into place anyway.
1st pic 💤 Many people know magnesium helps with sleep BUT make sure it’s Bis Glycinate or Glycinate. This particular brand gives us a heavy sleep.
2nd pic 💤 L-tryptophan. The pre cursor to serotonin. You can find this in some foods we eat like kiwis, Walnuts, butternut squash seeds & mushrooms
3rd pic 💤L- Theanine, I actually take this in the day for a nice calmer if things get a bit stressy as it promotes relaxation.
4th pic 💤Taurine - this gets a bad press as it’s in energy drinks. But it’s in them to take the edge off the over stimulation of caffeine and you literally feel your mind start to come down a notch or two! I take half an hour before bed!
