Autumn is connected with the 4th week - the week post ovulation ~ luteal phase.

Here PMS symptoms may start to kick in.

How to take the best of this phase:

πŸ€” A great time for reflection.
πŸ‘ Get still and listen to the intuitions, insights and guidance that graces us during this inner season of our cycle.
🫢🏻 Create plenty of time to connect with yourself.
✍️ Write down all the things that frustrating you.
😴 Prioritize sleep, warm home made food, tea.
β˜•οΈ Cut down stimulants.
🧦 Keep yourself warm.
🧘🏻 Try Yin and Restorative Yoga.

🌿 Walk in nature.

My Yoga journey started in 2014, and since then I improve a lot of aspects in my life on a physical and mental level.

Becoming a Yoga teacher for me was the way I connect myself forever with that Philosophy.
