Here’s the recipe to keep you fuelled:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cashew nuts
• 1 cup almonds
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds (or both!)
• Optional: 1/2 cup dried cranberries or sultanas
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Focus powder
• Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Combine all the nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
3. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, olive oil, and FOCUS powder, then pour over the nut mix. Stir to coat evenly and sprinkle generously with salt.
4. Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
5. Let it cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
