I am really excited to let you know that I will be starting to hold regular monthly Gong & Sound Bath Sessions in the Wellington Health Center in Hastings on Sunday afternoons 16-18pm
My first Session will be on the 8th June 2025 and it would be my pleasure welcoming you.

the year has come around fast, and there are only 2 more sessions this year that I am holding at The Little Escape Studio

We will welcome the darker times of the year, which are perfect to go into our inner worlds and rest.

Why sound bath?
Here some of the well-being benefits:
We live in busy cities and have hectic work / life styles & schedules which usually keeps us in the Beta a thinking, reacting and surviving brainwave mode. When the nervous system is chronically activated by stress, an excess of circulating hormones create dysfunctions.

In a Gong bath our ears hear sound vibrations, and so our brain responds accordingly. Soothing sounds from a gong encourages the brain to relax into Alpha and Theta brainwaves.
In this calm state your brain and body are able to experience creativity, improved focus and memory, the body can be activated for self-healing, plus a reduction in stress and anxiety & to relax into the weekend.

Celebrating 1 year since being at the little Escape Studio with the monthly regular sessions.
Wow - I would like to thank you and everyone who has come to one or more of my sessions, it really means a lot to me. I am also thrilled to have you regulars returning, as it give so much meaning to me and this ‘work‘ and the world of sound healing.
