We are proud to share that our entire team has successfully completed CPR certification TRAINING 🙌🫀🫁🗣️

Safety isn't just priority-it's a responsibility. With hands-on instruction and expert guidance, we are maintaining certified first aid equipment and knowledge to respond in an emergency and potentially save lives.

Big thanks to Leke, Intensive care nurse practitioner and manager at Queen's Hospital in Romford for our amazing training.

Sticky candies are the trickiest, so it’s best to avoid them, and constant snacking can keep sugar on your teeth longer, leading to more plaque. Enjoy the treats, but keep those teeth in mind! 🦷🪥✨
