Beverley enjoys practising and sharing Pilates.

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2013, she has continued to deepen her passion for helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and support their overall well-being through thoughtful Pilates practice.

Beverley values mindful, well-structured movement and believes Pilates should feel both empowering and accessible, whatever your starting point.

Her aim is to create classes that feel supportive, encouraging, and unmissably enjoyable, helping clients move with greater confidence and ease in their bodies.
