After an eyebrow transplant you will have more dense eyebrows and more hairs and will of course need regular grooming. The new shape is obvious from the beginning and new growth from 3 months. The newly transplanted hairs will continue to grow as will the existing hairs. so yes, you will need to keep grooming your eyebrows regularly and they may require a trim (depending on the source of your eyebrow hairs)

When to expect hair growth after a hair transplant…

After your hair transplant treatment, the newly implanted hairs need some time to grow.

Although some new growth may be noted around three or four months, the new growing hairs are usually not obvious before the 6 months post-treatment.

- 3 months of new hair may be visible- (but do not worry if you do not see any growth at this stage)

- At 6 months, you'll begin to appreciate new hairs growing in the treated area.

- 9 months or later the appearance of the effect of the transplant will be more visible.

- 12-18months- full effect of the hair transplant is now visible and apparent.
