✨ your body went through changes (pregnancy, menopause, injuries), and you don’t want to face the disappointment of not being able to have the same level as before

Back bends don't need to be painful nor scary. They fill us with energy and gives us light-heartedness 😊.

I will teach a backbend masterclass this Saturday.

We learn how backbends can influence our nervous system, our moods, and our mind.

We look at the anatomy and test which part of your body needs strengthening and opening.

We will strongly focus on alignments and proper ex*****on of the postures to keep your body strong and safe.

Back from Switzerland, rested and full of energy and ideas!

I was covering in-person Mysore Style classes in Zurich, and I soooo enjoyed it!

I also spied a yoga rug with the Yoga Creation label on it next to a yoga mat! It was an old student of mine who moved to Zurich! It was so lovely to connect with her again 😍 (Yoga Creation was my studio in East London, which I closed during the pandemic).

I also went up to the mountains to Davos with my family to celebrate my Dad’s birthday.

When I was younger, I really disliked hiking. My parents had a hard time to get me and my sister to put on our hiking shoes. 🙈 But to be fair, their hikes usually went from a promised 2-hour hike to a 5-hour one until my sister and I went on strike 🤣..

Nowadays I love hiking! I feel so nourished by being surrounded by nature. My mind quiets down, and there is so much space in my head that I come up with all kinds of new ideas 😉.

My schedule included in my online membership:

What I love most about teaching is connecting with students.
I’ve always valued working with smaller groups. It allows me to get to know them to make the experience for both of us personal 🤗.

That is why I created a membership, where we come together to connect.
We meet for weekly Mysore Style classes, guided monthly Ashtanga classes and workshops. We have Q&As, and talks about yoga and the workings behind asanas. A place where we come together.

I love that my students feel supported and accountable in this group – thanks for being a part of it🙏.
