TLDL: Try to expose your brain to messages that remind you wha true, holistic health is as much as you’re exposed to ads for the jab. Also remember try to see this like any other dieting trend….there will be a “now what?” moment, and you will be grateful you stayed focus on heath instead of weight loss 🫶🏼

As someone who has healed from an anxiety disorder and disordered eating, it took me a whileeee to feel anchored in my intuition. The biggest challenge I faced was answering this question: Is my INTUITION making this decision
(about food 🍴)
(about staying or leaving a relationship ❤️)
(about traveling 🌎)
(about anything really 🙃)
…or is ANXIETY making this decision?
Getting grounded in intuition looks a little different for everyone, but here are some tools that have guided me (and a lot of my clients) 🛠

Full Soul Nutrition Approach

Caitie calls her approach "Full Soul" Nutrition because she believes that there is not enough emphasis on fullness or satisfaction in the mainstream nutrition and wellness media. She sees too much attention on restrictive diets and deprivation. She hopes to educate her clients about how and why we should allow our bodies, and our lives, to be full! She also incorporates "soul," because food and movement not only fuel your body, they also nourish the soul (the unique, irreplaceable, and intangible essence of who you are).

The "Full Soul" nutrition approach encourages you to:


  • Get full (eat the foods that will nourish, fuel, and satisfy you)

  • Know your soul (use the energy and satisfaction that food gives you to pursue what matters most to you)
