Some journeys are more complex than others.

This patient came to me after four previous rhinoplasties,three of which were unsuccessful revisions. Their case was declined by multiple specialists due to its complexity. Thin skin, compromised structure, and significant scar tissue made it a demanding operation requiring rib grafting and fascia support.

But complexity should not mean hopelessness.

Now, four years post-op, they no longer think about their nose. It feels natural. It fits. It’s no longer the focus,which is exactly how it should be.

It’s a privilege to help someone reclaim their confidence and move forward.
