She has undergone intense training with specialized doctors in various fields like Orthopaedics, Paediatrics and Cardiology and also worked with the renowned Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai, India for one year.

Amita is a Registered member of the Homeopathic Medical Association (HMA) in UK.
