Anger… Aggression…. Frustration… Aggravation…. We usually think of them as negative emotions….. but Anger can be healthy if it gets us moving…. helps us out of a stale situation. Blowing up can serve a purpose or make a point. But if you blow your top too often, it’s counterproductive. Is your Aggression having the effect you want? Sometimes you need to channel Anger into Assertiveness – to get what you want – or into Energy – to get things done or complete a project.
