A story of transformation begins not with change—but with cleansing.

Our patient arrived with a history etched in layers:
• Multiple porcelain veneers placed at different times by different clinicians – each with its own shade, texture and age.
• Composite bonding on her lower teeth – chipped, discoloured, leaking.
• Older veneers also showing leakage and micro-fractures beneath the surface.
A polychromatic smile, fragmented by time.

She wished to begin with her upper arch only.

We began by carefully removing all previous restorations and performing our 𝗡𝗲𝗷𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀™, purifying the dental tissue and restoring biological clarity.

Then, using our 𝗡𝗲𝗷𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲™, we rebuilt her smile tooth by tooth, layer by layer:

This dentition had never undergone any dental work. No caries, no fillings—yet the enamel was developmentally porous, fragile, and prone to uneven wear and discolouration. Whitening provided only temporary results, revealing deeper asymmetrical surface changes shortly after.

With our signature micro-layering technique, we sealed the porosity completely, mimicking the patient’s natural enamel to create a biomimetic protective barrier. The surface was strengthened, bite pressures balanced, and the colour harmoniously uplifted—without altering the unique character of this naturally beautiful smile.
