This is where the true yoga begins. Not in the perfect asana or flowing sequences, but in the quiet, patient practice of being present with what is. Post-ACL surgery, my mat looks different. Right now it’s an ice pack, a couch, and the discipline to rest. Yoga philosophy teaches me non-attachment (aparigraha), self-compassion (ahimsa), and trust in the process (śraddhā). Healing is my practice now, and every breath is part of it🧘‍♀️
