10-week photoshoot prep begins today.

Let’s not just talk, let’s graft, put in the work now, your dream body isn’t going to build itself. I’m so fed up@of hearing I want to look like this I want to look like that.. but your actions don’t correlate.

I already have 5 girls locked in and training, and I’m looking for 3 more to join us.

Summer bodies aren’t built in a few weeks.
So if you’re thinking about messaging me 3 weeks before your holiday asking for abs… it’s not happening.
I’m a coach, not a magician. Put the graft in this winter, so this summer you’re feeling strong, confident, and sexy.

As we scroll through everyone’s highlights and victories from 2025, it’s worth remembering that what we see is only part of the story. Behind every win, big or small, there were quiet battles and hard choices.

Some struggles may look insignificant to others but feel huge to the person living them. Growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s simply getting through, showing up, or choosing yourself when it’s hard.

So alongside celebrating the wins, take a moment to acknowledge what you’ve learnt and carried this year. If no one’s said it yet, well done!
