12 weeks of consistency & structure 🤩🤩

This client came to me as a complete beginner to training and I couldn’t be more proud of how far she’s come in just 12 weeks.

We started by focusing on the basics: building her confidence in the gym, adapting exercises to her ability, and making sure she was moving well before anything else.

The first 2 weeks were all about finding her true maintenance. Going straight into a big deficit without knowing your baseline? That’s how people end up stuck before they’ve even started.

Since then, the progress has been unreal — not just in her physique, but in her mindset, her confidence, and her consistency.

Online coaching gave her structure, accountability, and a plan that actually works.

My client Sarah’s 12 Week Transformation 🤩🤩

The first two weeks weren’t about fat loss. They were about learning. Learning what maintenance feels like. Learning her habits. Learning what’s realistic.

Because throwing someone straight into a deficit without knowing their baseline? 🚩 Major red flag. That’s not coaching, that’s guessing.

We spent 2 weeks at maintenance, and still dropped 6kg in the following 10 weeks, all while keeping hunger low, energy high.

Her waist is down 4 inches already!! But most importantly: she feels good. No starvation. No extremes. Just smart, sustainable structure.

The goal? Diet on the most calories possible. That way, when it’s time to adjust, we’ve got room to move. If you start too low, you’ve already shot your future self in the foot.

Adherence is key. The best plan is one you can actually stick to…and that’s on your coach.

Wasn’t sure I was going to share this post, but I’m trying to be more open about the battles, conversations, and truths that come with prep.

I’ve been pretty quiet on here the last few weeks… truthfully, I’ve needed the space.

I’ve taken a step back from Instagram and the pressures that come with both this platform and prep.

Mental health is a priority, and things got to a point where we seriously considered postponing, or even ending, prep early. It was a tough conversation, but one that needed to happen.

What’s helped massively is shifting my focus back to the task at hand, and muting accounts (shoutout to my coach for that invaluable piece of advice). Protecting my headspace has made a huge difference over the past week.

The discipline and structure are still there, but this prep has brought its own challenges. A lot has changed in my personal life. I’m not living at home anymore, work is busier, and I’ve had to lean even more on my support network and coach.

That said, I’ve come into this prep with a different mindset. Last prep, I felt like I was dragging myself through cardio. Now, even when 90 minutes sounds brutal, I actually look forward to the feeling of accomplishment afterward. It hits different.

Still showing up, still learning, and to be honest, proud of the mental growth this time around.

SUNDAY RECAP ☀️☀️

It’s only been a week since my first show of the season (even though it feels like a lot longer!), and honestly… I’ve struggled.

Thank god for my coach.. because I have been an emotional f***ing rollercoaster!

Even though it was just a warm-up show, I felt like I mentally checked out straight after. The sun’s been shining in London, the vibes have been vibing, and I’ve just wanted to go out, chill, have a drink

I’ve been having a constant battle with myself… questioning whether all of this is worth it. Because prep demands a serious amount of discipline and a lot of sacrifice!

I joined a new gym for a reset, and it has definitely helped get me going again. I was so excited to train somewhere new and train hard, get stuck back into prep. But my body still feels off.. your girl is tired!! So no deadlifts, squats or running until I’ve got some more food in me 😂

That being said I wanna finish on a high so let’s just see what we can do over the next few weeks 🫶🏻🫶🏻
