I'm proud to say that, after years of trying different diets, you've done brilliantly to adopt a long term healthier and knowledgeable approach to your overall wellbeing and nutrition.

It's been great helping you develop a sustainable healthy routine around your lifestyle with a focus on improved nutrition - which still allowed you to enjoy your treats and (am jealous to say) many exciting holidays along the way!

Living a healthy lifestyle can be for everyone. And it doesn't have to be complicated!

Hi. I'm Ash.
I'm a 42yr old dad
I'm diabetic
I'm celiac (gluten free)
And I'm a full time teacher.

I've spent the last 25 years of my life learning how to best live healthily. So now, I'd love to be able to help others.

The world bombards us with fad diets, personal trainers, protein shakes and supplements! But none of these are long term solutions.

I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to be the best version of themselves by following the 4 pillars I stand by. And the best bit is - they're not complicated!

1. Get good sleep
2. Eat a good diet
3. Do some movement and exercise
4. Reduce your stress.

With a BSc in Biology and a Diploma in Nutrition, I give people science based support - based around these 4 pillars - to help them turn their lives around.

I offer consultancy and coaching for those who are ready to make a change. So please get in touch if you feel like I can help you!
