Weekend energy doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be yours.

Whatever your energy today — a walk, a stretch, a sway, a deep breath, a kitchen dance, a visit to the gym or swimming pool — it all counts. Movement doesn’t need to be intense to be meaningful. Your body simply wants to feel alive, listened to, and included in your day.

On Saturday, as people were heading out, a lady said:

That stayed with me. Because that’s the whole point of these spaces — not performance, not perfection, just a place where your body can soften enough to tell the truth.

Today we Bulgarians celebrate Baba Marta (aka Grandmother March) — the first day of March, when we welcome warmth, health, and new beginnings. We wear the red‑and‑white Martenitsa for strength, clarity, and protection, and when we see the first blossom or the first stork, we tie it to a tree to bless the coming spring.

Growing up with this ritual shaped the way I move through life. It taught me to honour my roots, to stay grounded in what gives me strength, and to step into each new season with intention and softness.

So today, I’m carrying this thread from Bulgaria to London, from childhood tradition to the way I live, teach, breathe, and hold space.

May Baba Marta smile on you with warmth, renewal, and a bright red‑and‑white start to March.

Still glowing from last night’s Cacao Ceremony.
There was a point in the evening when the whole room softened — a collective drop, a shared breath — and I felt the space shift.

What you shared afterwards… it truly landed.
Your feedback, your reflections, the way you spoke about how the ceremony touched you — it means so much to me. It’s in those moments that all the behind‑the‑scenes work feels seen. The planning, the prepping, the intention‑setting, the tiny details no one ever notices… it all feels worth it when we create a moment that actually moves people.

The planning, the sequencing, the rehearsing.
The quiet moments of intention-setting, the last‑minute tweaks, the internal pep talks.
All the invisible work that shapes the experience long before anyone arrives.

This reel shows a tiny slice of those behind‑the‑scenes moments — but it could never capture the whole story.

And honestly, it doesn’t need to.
Because the fulfilment comes later:
