What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Baths are acoustic healing journeys to relax the body, calm the mind and activate your body’s natural healing systems. This immersive sound experience will gently allow your mind to enter a meditative state, while the vibrations will aid in revitalising your body and release tension. Sound healing instruments such as quartz crystal bowls, gongs and chimes are used to enable you to fall into a deep relaxation through a process called entrainment. This process synchronises your brain waves to the same frequency of the instrument played, allowing you not only to improve wellbeing and help reduce stress, but to access stillness and inner peace.
We open a safe space to release, revitalise and reset your body and mind. Join us and take the time to love and care for yourself, which you deserve. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience; simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to BE.
