Our residents had an amazing time celebrating Halloween with music, dancing, laughter, and plenty of festive spirit! 🕺💃

From spooky costumes to seasonal treats, the room was full of smiles and great energy. A huge thank‑you to our amazing entertainer Jenny for filling the room with energy and keeping everyone dancing and smiling all afternoon! 🎤🎶 And thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special - we love creating joyful moments with our wonderful community.

🎄✨ Christmas Jumper Day Fun at Knights Court! ✨🎄

On the 9th of December our wonderful staff took part in a Christmas Jumper Competition, bringing festive cheer, colour, and lots of laughs to Knights Court! Our lovely residents had the difficult job of judging, and after much deliberation they awarded: 🏆 1st Place: Rita 🥈 2nd Place: Charley 🥉 3rd Place: Maria A huge well done to all who joined in - your creativity and Christmas spirit truly brightened everyone’s day!

Our home lit up with joy, colours, and culture as we celebrated the festival of lights.

Priya wowed us with her dance and got everyone moving in a lively workshop, while talented Indian staff dazzled in traditional attire and joined the dance floor. Those living with us crafted beautiful Diwali lamps, enjoyed delicious Indian sweets, and admired vibrant rangoli designs and glowing lights throughout the Avalon lounge. A celebration full of smiles, sparkle, and shared traditions.

We had a fun-filled carnival-themed party here at Knights Court.

Avalon lounge was decorated in fascinating colours to match the vibe. Those living with us, guests, and staff were entertained by the brilliant performance of Jean-Claude, who performed reggae songs.

We recently hosted a wonderful Mad Hatter tea party at our care home!

The decorations were absolutely lovely, creating a whimsical and magical atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The team dressed up in colourful costumes inspired by the Mad Hatter and friends, adding to the fun and festive spirit. Guests savoured a variety of delicious teas and tasty tea-time snacks, making the experience even more special.

Everyone had an amazing time, filled with smiles, laughter, and joyful memories!

Knight’s Court lies within the London borough of Edgware, providing specialist residential care with additional dementia provision for residents within the home. A home with the latest facilities and amenities, rooms are all ensuite, with bright and modern décor. Residents are encouraged to make their space their own with personal images and possessions. There are several communal areas in the home, each different and created to suit the residents. There is a broad and interesting activity programme, keeping people active whilst they are here. From taking part in exercise sessions to spending time reminiscing or enjoying performances together, there is something for everyone.
