‼️Yes, sitting is one of the most harmful things in our lives and we need to realize this as soon as possible, because for many it has become very common to sit for 8-10 hours a day.
⁉️There will not be much positivity, because of sitting we have no energy, because of sitting we always have pain somewhere, strain. Because of sitting you age faster, because of sitting most of us are overweight and this is just the beginning..
