🎶 Live Cello + Gentle Yoga 🎶

Something special is landing on Saturday at 3pm:
We’ll be holding a Gentle Yoga Flow class with live looped cello in the Humblewell Retreat Yurt 🎻🌬️✨

This will be a deep and dreamy somatic session — soft movement, sound, and presence. Think meditation in motion, body as temple, cello as guide.

Come rest, unfurl, and reconnect.

🌞 Morning Movement, Festival Style 🌞

Join us at 8.30am Thurs–Sun for 60 minutes of yoga designed to meet you right where you’re at — whether you danced all night, haven’t slept, or just want to begin your day with a breath of calm. Kester will lead the class on Thursday & Saturday, Kasia on Friday and Sunday.

Our flows are rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system nourishment, and playful strength. Bring a mat if you’ve got one (or just come as you are).

Wild Soul is heading to Glastonbury Festival next week! 🌈✨

We’ll be teaching daily yoga classes on the Humblewell Active Platform every morning from Thursday to Sunday at 8.30am.

Expect juicy, grounding flows to ease you into your festival days. Breath, movement, presence. Come find us if your body wants a gentle awakening. 🌿🧘‍♀️

In Feb 2025, we (Kester & Kasia) from Wild Soul .movement completed the 50hr 4BEAT training at .e1 – a somatic symphony of breath, movement, and rhythm.

4BEAT fuses music with mindful movement to enhance neurophysiological coherence (read: makes your brain, body, and breath groove together).

Why we love it:
