Today’s recipe from might be called ‘marry me’ but that doesn’t mean you have to share it with anyone else!

This is a cosy, creamy, protein-packed dish, and best of all... it only uses one pan!

‘Marry me’ butter bean stew 🫘

5 ingredients

-Tinned butterbeans
-Red onion
-Garlic
-Sun-dried tomatoes
-Double cream

5 steps

-Fry finely chopped onion in a oil with a pinch of salt
-Stir in garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes
-Tip in drained butterbeans and stir to coat
-Pour in double cream plus a small splash of water.
-Season to taste

And there you go! 5 ingredients. 5 steps. 5 days of a happy tummy.

Mix it up by throwing in some spinach 🥬 or add some extra crunch (and ultimate comfort!) by serving with crispy garlic bread 🥖

Peanut Butter Energy Squares 🥜

5 ingredients

-oats
-peanut butter
-honey
-dark chocolate
-chia seeds

5 steps

-mix dry & wet ingredients
-press into pan
-melt chocolate
-spread on top of oat mixture
-chill & cut into squares

And that’s it. Sweet, filling, and super easy.

That’s one less thing to think about for the next 5 days.
