As a child and young adult, the sea was my safe place. Whether I had a tough day, a joyful one, or simply some free time, that’s where I would go—sometimes with a drink in hand, other times without, accompanied by friends, family, or just myself. I’d watch the sunsets, leaving behind an incredible glow that seemed to linger. Now that I live in London, I’ve had to find new ways to recharge, but every time I return to the sea, it feels like I can finally breathe again. It renews me, allowing me to give 100% to my family and to my wonderful patients.. Until the next time.

Was a busy and fun day yesterday at QP day! I made good professional connections, ate good food and met amazing people. Lots of people around that are doing improvement, creative and inspiring work.

Sorting spesific pain is the main goal but we are always making sure to tests everything as we believe in an holistic examination and treatment approach.
