If you had all the correct numbers to your mates mobile but jumbled up the order even just by 1 digit, then it wouldn’t connect or ring through, no matter how many times you try to call - manifestation works the same. There is a specific order that can’t be skipped. Think - feel - become - act
(Mental - emotional - physical)

Breathwork is the catalyst to this process it’s the tool that can shift your thoughts, your feelings and your whole energy. So that when you land in your manifestation visualisation practice to of see feel and believe … then reality rearranges itself to meet this new energy you’re putting out.

Save this one for when you’re overwhelmed and can’t switch off, or those times when you find it impossible to rest. This time of year can get busy… but even one round of this 4–7–8 breathing pattern can shift you into a parasympathetic state - slowing your heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and helping your body and mind feel calmer- pretty much instantly!
