Wey aye man! A full-on couple of days up in Newcastle at a conference on community building.

In all honesty, I’ve never really planned the Breathpod community. It’s grown organically from simply showing up and creating a shared space for us all to breathe and grow together. So being here at this event has been super inspiring and has me really fired up to level up how I support and serve you all.

When I first came to breathwork through loss, I couldn’t believe how deeply it changed my life. Nearly a decade on, the mission to share breathwork and music so you can create real change in your own life feels stronger than ever.

This year so far, I’ve been head-down in the weeds of our app, we're a small team, wearing many hats, so learning tonnes, getting it going and trying to make it sustainable as a bootstrapped business, but this conference has reminded me why I started all this: to give back and help more people stress less and live more through the power of breathwork and music.

Feeling so grateful today, grateful for all you Breathpodders, grateful for all of you who show up for yourselves and for each other each day. Thanks for being here.

I’m so excited to see what magic we can create together as a community. The best thing is we’re only just getting started.

I’d love to know how connecting here changed the way you think breathe, think, or feel?

Love you guys 💙

This is the power of breathwork! This data is next level 💪🏽

I’ve always said the proof is in the pudding. And over the years, thousands of clients have shared their incredible transformations.

So was I surprised by the results from our recent Nervous System Regulation challenge? Well… yes and no.

No, because this practice just works. I’ve felt it and see it time and time again and been shouting from the rooftops.
Yes, because even after nearly a decade of teaching breathwork, I’m still amazed every single day at just how powerful it is and these results were better than I imagined!

For context:

We recently ran a 7-day Nervous System Regulation Challenge with over 2,000 participants. Before and after, we asked 6 simple questions about stress, sleep, mood, and energy. (Slide 2)

The average results across the group speak for themselves:

⬇️ Stress & anxiety ↓ 48%
⬇️ Sleep issues ↓ 47%
⬇️ Tension, pain + digestion ↓ 55%
⬇️ Brain fog ↓ 56%
⬇️ Compulsive behaviours ↓ 57%
⬆️ Ability to relax ↑ 54%
⬆️ Mood stability ↑ 54%
⬆️ Energy ↑ 49%

All from just 7 days of consistent 15 minute morning + 15 minute afternoon Breathpod practice.

The science is simple, if you slow and deepen your breathing, you activate the vagus nerve the “brake pedal” of your nervous system. This shifts your body from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest, lowering stress hormones like cortisol, improving heart rate variability and restoring balance between your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. That balance is what creates calmer moods, better sleep, and more stable energy. Compounding that over 7 days and well, your whole system finds a new calm baseline.

If you joined the challenge, id love to hear how you got on in the comments 👇🏼

OR if you, your team, or your workplace want to feel it for yourself and shift from survival mode to resilient + regulated… comment ‘CALM’ and I’ll send you the challenge for free 👌🏽

9 years together - mental! Still feels so fresh with you

Thanks for believing in me back when we first met and I was just getting started with “this breathing thing.” Most people either laughed or looked a bit confused by it, but not you. You said, “That sounds good - I’d love to help.” And what a journey it’s been since 💫

People often ask what it’s like to work together as a couple. Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Yeah sure.. life and business blur into one, and that’s the beauty. Breathpod isn’t separate from our life… it’s a continuation of it. The travels, the wins, the challenges… we are in it together. And yes, sometimes switching off is tricky, but I think we’ve found our balance (kinda).

Any other couples in business out there? Love to hear how you keep things balanced.

I was going to jump on ‘one photo for every year together’ trend - but it was impossible to pick just one per year. Also as I scrolled through the years screenshotting my favourites, I completely lost track of the order somehow and the dates were all marked as today … so now you’re getting a joyful, random dump of moments from the last 9 years.

I feel like we’re only just getting started with our life together and the best is yet to come.

Thanks for being my everything. Love you to the moon and back ❤️

Save this. Screenshot it. Tattoo it on your arm if you have to. It’s your go-to breath guide when anxiety strikes. Come back to it every time things feel out of sync.

Anxious? Breathe. Exhausted? Breathe. Spiralling? Breathe. Every anxious state has a pattern… and every pattern can be changed with your breath.

Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, tight chest, jaw tension, or overwhelm your breath is the fastest way find calm and get you back to safety.

These 5 breathing hacks can be done before a meeting, during a spiral, or after a restless night.

Practice often. Let your breath do the work, you’ve got this! 🙌🏽

Most people forget that before you move, you breathe.

Your breath powers you, stabilises you, fuels your output and helps you last longer than your mind thinks you can. Whether you’re in the ring, on the track, or mid-HYROX grind - if your breath goes, your power goes. And if you’re breathing wrong, you’re burning out early.

That’s why breathwork isn’t just for recovery. It’s your performance edge.

Sort your breath, and the rest follows. Science shows that respiratory training can enhance endurance, increase oxygen uptake, and lower perceived effort meaning you can train harder, last longer, and recover faster. Just by breathing better.

Massive thanks to .frzz and the crew at for sharing what’s coming next in the world of running, training, and recovery. I can’t show the new gear here yet, but in true Nike style, they’re one step ahead. And the new 24/7 clothing range is next level - the softest gear I’ve ever moved in.

Sometimes heading into Nike HQ really does feel like stepping into W***y Wonka’s lab, getting a sneak peek behind the scenes before it all hits the shelves. Grateful to be part of the team and share my expertise in breathing performance.

Loved jumping in for a cheeky Muay Thai session with and the rest of the Nike Team. Those elbow and knee strikes are lethal!

📸 Thanks to for capturing the day.

Statistically more people are afraid of public speaking than they are of dying!

I was one of them. I’d avoid it at all costs. Just the idea of standing up in front of a group made me 💩 myself - my heart race, my mind freeze and my confidence disappear.

But something shifted, when the message I needed to share was bigger than my fear. I realised it wasn’t about me anymore, it also wasn’t about being perfect - it was about showing up, breathing through the anxiety and finding my voice.

That feeling you call anxiety… is actually your body gearing up for action. The same physiological state as excitement - just with a different story attached.

So if you want to speak with more calm and clarity, here are 3 science-backed steps that can really help:

1️⃣ Prepare and practice, but don’t over-script.
Get comfortable with your message. Rehearse out loud. When you know where you’re going, your brain feels safe and your body stays calm. Aim for connection, not perfection.

2️⃣ If in doubt, breathe out! Try the 4-4-8 breath -
in for 4, hold for 4, out for 8.
The longer exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system, calming the fight-or-flight response. It tells your body, “I’ve got this.”

3️⃣ Reframe the nerves.
Remind yourself: This is energy preparing me to show up.
Nerves and excitement feel the same in the body - it’s the meaning we give them that changes everything. Step into that energy and use it.

Bonus ⚡️ Focus on service, not self.
When you shift the spotlight off yourself and onto what you’re giving - insight, story, inspiration, it gets easier to speak from the heart.

If you don’t have 5 minutes for a daily practice… you probably need an hour.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, just a moment to check in with yourself. A moment to get back in the driver’s seat of your nervous system, time to calm the monkey mind, and reconnect to your body.

Adding that little bit of intention to your day can be the difference between a good day and a not so good one.

To be honest, my practice slipped a bit recently with travels and some life curveballs… but I’m back in the flow with a super simple daily reset. And even one day of these 4 pillars makes a huge difference.

What’s your daily practice like at the moment? Need a hand?

Should we bring back our morning lives? That always keeps me accountable too 🤔

Did you grow up hearing the words “treat others the way you want to be treated”… great advice in theory.

But what if no one ever showed you how you should have been treated?

Well here’s a new invitation: “Treat yourself like others should have treated you" it’s something that really hit when I heard it recently on a podcast.

This shift in narrative invites you to treat yourself with kindness.

When that becomes your new blueprint. It can heal your past and the result? You begin to treat others not from your wounds, but from your wholeness.

You don’t need to be perfect - just consistent. Bit by bit. That’s how positive change happens!

I struggle with consistency with some things. You could say I’ve been consistently inconsistent! The gym. Yoga. Morning routines. I’d start with good intentions, but then the moment things didn’t feel perfect, or something gets in the way I fall off. But I’m learning perfection isn’t the goal. Showing up is.
And that’s where the magic is. Consistency! Imperfect days still count!

We just wrapped up a 21-Day Resilience Challenge inside the Breathpod community. Daily breathwork gradually building our breath holds. Training our nervous system to handle stress with calm. But for me, and many others, the biggest shift wasn’t in the breath hold times… It was in the consistency of the practice the acceptance that everyday is different, some days feel smooth others more challenging. And that’s ok. Keep going even if you wobble.

Feeling proud reading the feedback from those who completed the challenge. Don’t worrry if you started and dropped off, dive back in. And… if you never started but like the sound of it comment HOLD and will DM you the link to try it out, and build consistency with resilience!

When I was touring as a DJ and producer, it wasn’t just parties and good times. Yeah, there was a lot of that but there was also the burnout. The pressure. The after-parties… and the after after-parties. Straight onto another flight.

I’d try to be healthy Monday to Thursday, but by Friday, I was back on the wagon. Buzzing on adrenaline and pushing my body way past its edge.

The studio was often the hardest part. I’d hit walls with creativity, wrestle with self-doubt, and constantly feel like I had something to prove. Social media wasn’t what it is now, no one was posting wins 24/7 but the pressure and comparison were still real... “You’re only as good as your last hit” I used to tell myself.

I didn’t have breathwork back then. I wish I did. Not just for calm, but for focus, flow, and resilience. A way to reset my system, access natural energy, and get back in the zone without blowing myself up every weekend. A tool to switch on before gigs, and switch off after.

That’s why I’m buzzing to be back at Ibiza, leading breathwork for creative flow + peak performance at - because artists, creators, and performers need more than hustle, they need tools that work from the inside out.

I'll also be spinning some tunes at the "Un-Networking Drinks" Wednesday and Thursday.

Can't wait! 🙏🏼

Before this trip to Mexico - I proudly told my mate Mark: “I don’t read fiction. I prefer to learn something when I read.”

Mark told me he was reading Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow a fiction by Gabrielle Zevin. His partner chimed in: “He carries it everywhere but probably won’t finish it.”
A few days later, a copy showed up in the post with a note: “You better not finish this before me.”

That little note and challenge was enough to convince my brain to bring it on holiday. If I finished it first… I’d win. That’s productive, right? Ego brain. At least I’m seeing it.

But here’s the thing - I haven’t put it down.
Not because I want to beat Mark (although maybe part of me still does), but because the book has me. Time stops when I read it. I’m in the story.

It’s not a book I’d ever have picked - a story about gamers, love, relationships, life, and death… ok I’m butchering the description - but basically I’m loving it.

And it’s breaking through that old scarcity pattern that whispers: “You don’t have time for this.” Turns out, I do.

It’s expanding my mind, it’s been creative fuel and feel that it’s the most “productive” thing I can do.

So… fiction or non-fiction?
Or have you’ve been caught in the same trap I was telling yourself you just “don’t have time for stories.”

Let me know - I’m curious.

And if you’ve got any fiction recommendations… I’m now listening 👌🏽
