Good Morning,
When we don't have a routine or structure to our day it can cause increased stress and anxiety, as well as overwhelming feelings, lack of concentration, and focus. Routines can play an important role in mental health.
Routines could also help people better manage stress and anxiety.

Having a regular routine can help you:

1. Lower stress levels
2. Form good daily habits
3. Take better care of your health
4. Feel more productive
5. Feel more focused
Getting necessary tasks out of the way can also help you find more time for healthy behaviours like exercise and leave you more time to enjoy fun activities and hobbies. Focus on Things You Can Control
Managing your own behaviours can help you feel more in control of the situation. Start with focusing on the things that are within your power to control.
Ps: This is a place I go to, almost every day. I've been doing this from the time I was dealing with my anxiety and just become one of my healthy habits.
Best place to clear my mind and recharge for the day.
