Top Gun Maverick is insanely good… made even better that the action was shot practically with Tom Cruise himself in the pilot’s seat for some amazing action sequences.

The stunts he performs to bring action to the big screen in breathtaking fashion is undeniable and worthy of Oscar recognition. But let’s also recognise the teams behind him who help make his feats possible. They are highly skilled masters of their craft!!!

5 weeks post surgery on my hip…They said 2-3 months 🤨

Targeted rehab geared towards martial arts and the unpredictability nature of stunt work under the guidance of Aaron at who is a phsyio ninja!!

First time I’ve been able to kick over waist height for about a year!!! If you know me, and the training I’ve been doing since I was 15 years old, you’ll understand how stressful that’s been!!!

Coming back strong 💪🏽

Taking up martial arts can be daunting. There’s a lot to learn and the end goal can seem far away.

But if you take it one step at a time; learn one stance, one punch or one kick and take it from there. Just enjoy the process. Trust me it’s worth the effort!!!

Heading out and film some more tutorials for the channel. Hoping to get version 2.0 out soon… where I’ll be able to grade members and progress them through a structured program of training.

It’s been a passion project and I’m liking the way it’s all coming along. Hope you will all be able to enjoy it as well soon.
