I am a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Head and Neck Surgeon.

I treat problems in the face, jaw, mouth, head and neck and I am one of the few UK surgeons to offer temporomandibular joint (TMJ) replacement and arthroscopic TMJ surgery.

Fellowship in Temporomandibular Joint Surgery
Salvatore Sembronio and Professor Robiony have organised this amazing post graduate fellowship for 12 dedicated surgeons to develop their knowledge and skills in TMJ surgery over 3x 3 days during the year at The University Hospital of Udine, Italy. I was helping teach arthroscopic disc plication, I gave a lecture yesterday and demonstrated the operation this morning.
The rest of the faculty invited by Salvatore Sembronio - David Angelo, Deepak Komath and Nico van Bakelen are world class experts , so I am in amazing company- teaching on cadavers tomorrow. -

Patients often inquire about the incision sites for the TMJ arthroscopy procedure. However, these are not traditional incisions but rather small punctures that heal quickly, typically leaving minimal to no scarring.
